値(value)を float だけ増減
使い方は hincrbyfloat key field float です。
該当フィールド(field)がなければ increment 値を set します。

構文
HINCRBYFLOAT key field increment
- このコマンドは version 2.6.0 から使用できます。
- 時間計算量は O(1) です。
